A good one without any shaft play about $550 - $650, good turbo but a bit laggy down low, main power range from about 4,500 to 8,000.

They are around $1400 - $1500 new so if it's in good nick then like Tom said $550 - $650 would be a bargain price.

VF 23's usually go for around the 600 mark. you could try a little higher but be prepared to come down a bit, VF22 is a little less of an all rounder than a VF23 so probably a more limited market because of the lag & higher top end power though they were a well sought after turbo a few years ago, seem to have been taken over by the TD05 with the 20G wheel these days.
