L'series Clutch Kit

Hi everybody

Will need a new clutch ASSY when i get round to upgrading gearboxes soon. What brand recommended and whos good to fit and balance whole ASSY. Also has anyone got a EA82 Flywheel surplus to their requirements? I would like to get everything ready for the "weekend project" in advance. Your advice/help is greatly rewarded, possibly in the afterlife..

what upgrade are you doing? L series five speed into MY? If so and you have eight inch clutch 200mm you can keep flywheel and pressure plate and use petrol gemini rwd 1.6 l clutch disc. Or are you upgrade from auto to manual?

Going from P/T 4wd to F/T, since gearbox is coming out should replace original clutch ASSY at same time I figure. Looking at H/duty upgrade for clutch.

Excedy to a HD clutch. $300 from memory

Thanks Sam will make some calls. Reason looking for spare flywheel is to have it machined and a kilo or 2 taken out. then have whole clutch/flywheel ASSY balanced, ready to fit minimising down time..
