Amazing what a tune can do!
Amazing what a tune can do!
I had my cay dyno tuned yesterday.
It only took 8 years to get around to it (actually missfire problems forced me into it)
I am impressed with the results 210.9 kw at the wheels @ 18psi
Not bad for a 32 year old ute:mrgreen:
It is now running a v3/4 gt forester engine alutronic ecu and 750cc injectors, and td05/06 turbo Everything else is pretty much stock.

Gee I haven’t worked at Clayfield for 3 years, Amazing how time flys!
The ecu is an Aultronic PNP with the forester harness and no AFM. Great ecu but if I did it again I would use an Aultronic SM4 and wire the harness direct to the engine.
I am going to do a power steering conversion next. Should be interesting as I am also increrasing the roll centre in the front to try to imporve handling some more.(changing the mounting point of the lower control arms and adjustable tie rod ends for bump steer)
Eventually when I can afford the time and money it I am going to do a rear coilover conversion with adjustable camber toe and roll centre.
