Permaseal brand one torque technology http://www.aagaskets.com.au list local suppliers on their site as well as part number. Two heads of course. Do it yerself is easier if motor is out, struggle a bit more insitu esp if head studs stuck to head with corrosion build up, get heads done too or checked at least while off

You can do it yourself if you know what you're doing, get the torque & torque sequence correct while tightening it up. It is lot easier to get the engine out to do the job there - can be done while engine is in, but lot easier if you take it out.

Hey Longy, Grab yourself a Valve Regrind Kit from Veales and borrow a Gregorys Manual from the library or I have one if you need. I do it myself but I've done many over the years. Are you looking to do it before you leave?

Check out this link for a coy of the online manual. It will give you an idea of what your in for, it is relatively easy with the only special tools is a Torque wrench.
