But have you thought about doing a hatchie??? That'd be VERY different! There was one on here for sale a while ago, dunno if its still for sale or not. At the end of the day it'd still be an MY though.

im pretty much set on a l-series now. I have two more payments left on my liberty then i'll own her wooohooo!

Once thats out the way im going to be moving out of home in the next month or so, then i'll be smashing into this project.

And yeah everyone does brumbies, theyre getting abit boring now, every second one i see has a ej turbo in it(bit like dattos with sr20's hahah)

brumby has been done there's a guy running around in perth in a red wrx brumby, it's awesome

but l series too many people think there buckets
and i would like to see a sleeper l series whip their arse

yeh, there was a red brumby at whoop ass last wednesay or the one before.... cant remember but it was running 11.54 was its quickest.

id probably run some sort of 17inch rim and drop it marginally, say about 30-40mm. Probably wouldnt be able to fit anything larger under it id say.

Ive had another change of heart haha.

Ive decided spending 10+k on a l-series is probably not the best idea

ive therefor got myself set on buying a b4 frontcut and converting my liberty to full b4. Including cluster and all corresponding interior parts, maybe even the full dash if its not going to be too hard to get climate control and all that stuff.

should be a fairly strait forward swapover

FINALLY seen the light? I was wondering how long it would take before your liberty would be turbo'd, you held out longer than I expected! Only problem is that your lib isn't really a sleeper...

I don't see why there would be any problem with the swap over for the climate control etc. The dash should be a straight swap. Gee stuck a front cut into his lib, including climate control etc without any problems. He has gone a little over board with it now but it's pretty sick and you wouldn't know until it flew past you or you got under the bonnet...

I reckon you'll end up with a sweet lib - so long as you stick with a standard turbo setup and not a highly modified setup!

But we all know you won't be able to sit still for long once the turbo is in, so long as you don't get it impounded. Best to get a JDM unit with the 180 speed cut

Abit more of a boring option but you can't deny it makes sense.
Although it would probably make more sense to just get an actual B4.
Would have much better resale value and ultimately be alot easier to get the same outcome. All you need to do is single turbo conversion then, not entire driveline/dash conversion.
You can always sticky tape more bits of plastic to that to make it look the same as yours anyway.

dont really like the b4 interior, those blue inserts in the seats and door trims is terrible i reckon. Id much rather my black leather interior.

You just want to put alot of work into turning it into a non genuine B4 copy....but with slightly different colored seats and plastic bits stuck to the outside.
Do an L series lol :P
