so i've picked up a 83 MY touring wagon and its in slumber at the moment till i get cash up/finish yard work.
it will be set up to compete in the loveday comps.it has power windows, air con (thats still cold!), power steering and digital dash... rpm in numbers is GREAT, its like a old school car game in there.
i would like a little of knowlage in regards to what any one has had to strenghten on these MY's?
also if anyone knows, are the old autos are just like the L series 4eat's? or if the little button labeled 4wd on the shifter locks the center diff? needing to more info on this, its some thing about splicing in a switch to lock the center?

im unsure on what i will be keeping within the car (it will almost be empty), so if any ones keen for some MY (maybe digi dash) love give us a yell we might be able to sort something out.
