turn the switch uside down? C'mon sooby tell us more, like the model, and if the condition is a problem to you. If this problem was mine, and it was in my old L wagon, I would try removing door trims off two non driver doors and try swapping switches to see if problem stays with window or goes with switch. Only just tossed my wagons switches last month.Does the master switch fix things or the same from it too. My master had the problem and just needed to use the door own button to get window up again.

The problem will more then likely be dirt contacts. You need to pull the trims off and pull the switch out. On the back of the switch there is two screws pull these out carefully screw into plastic. Also note that there is a few little pieces behind there so carefully part (usually easiest to undo screws, keep pressure on the switch to keep it together and turn it so the the screws face down and pull it apart slowly over a bench incase anything gets dropped
) In the bottom of the switch is two pieces of copper with contacts on both ends of both pieces (note their postion) and another 4 on the switch that meet up with these. All 8 contacts need to be spotless clean. You can use a screw driver or some sand paper to clean them up. Don't worry about the balls and springs on the black switch thing they have no electrical use just mechanical. And put it all back together carefully making sure all the parts ar in the right way, etc. With practice you should be able to do the hole job in about half and hour.
Also all the switchs work very similiar and it will usually pay to do all of them at once because if one is dirty enough no to work the others won't be far behind it. If you do get stuck with the window down pull the bottom trim off and apply earth and 12volts to it. One way wil make it go up and switch the wires to come down.
Post up here if you have any other dramas with it, i have heaps of knowledge on the power windows.
