Sending a SubaXtreme Bullbar

Can anybody suggest or know the cheapest way to get a SubaXtreme Bullbar to Sonoma County in the USA?

There is a guy with a Forester on another Forum looking for a cheap form of transport to get one of these over to him.
Current quote is $500, don't know if that USD or AUD.

It is about 25 kilos, and 180cm x 70cm x 30cm.

If its A$, 500 sounds "reasonable". I sent some Landcruiser FJ60 parts to a mate in New Mexico recently - it weighed 8kg and was just small enough in dimensions to get through Australia Post via air mail - that cost A$180

DHL was in the disgraceful vicinity of A$330.

If you do find one cheaper, I would be interested to know
