I have an 83 wagon. Are the rear drums and linings interchangeable with the L series??

If you mean interchange the whole lot (ie take the entire drum assembly off an l series and put it on your 83) then yes.

The added bonus is that L series rear drums are self adjusting, and MY drums (your 83 wagon) arent

no i just meant take the drum and linings. So this wont work?
