Sorry but that just looks like a VE Commodore in the middle picture.
And Peugeot 205CC in the last pic

Still a thousand times better than I could draw though :)

Great drawings but the tray is still too short.

I have a fair idea which concept WRX this is modeled from :)

How about a BRZ ute ? Body length is about right, tails could work shape-wise, and best of all RWD

Speaking of the BRZ, while searching for more background info I came accross some interesting photos :

See here for info on the BRZ Chassis ...

Which no doubt should help in the fabrication department ... :D

Cab height it too low in my opinion. Sorry for the negative feedback on your efforts for the drawings - you've got quite a skill there!

Ahem ... you'd be nearly lying down in this version, as it's design to go fast ... ;)

Hence the low drag coefficient going on ... :p

That's exactly what I have in mind for the under body of this version ... !

I've just put a larger body over it as the BRZ one is way too small ... :D

P.S. - I'll have to add a person to it to get a better perspective of scale ... :ninja:

Probably done exactly that - the cab and rear view mirrors look VZ to me...

Panel matching is a bit rough 'n' ready on that purple beast.

Yep I'd agree with that it was probably photo chopped from a Holden ... :)

P.S. - found another interesting concept :

Based on the Chevrolet Montana, more details here ...

As to my proposed beast - No progress on modelling it yet, when it get round to it ... :(

^ That's pretty neat! If something like this were used I'd like to see a bit more tray space forward of the rear wheel. Other than that it really looks the part!

That chev concept looks like a big brother version of what i reckon a modern day Brumby would look like - but without the sporty body kit and with more ground clearance.

Haha Bantum that is the bloke, Trevor, who used to service my gen2 Legacy when I live in NZ. The gen2 chop with the cover is just their runabout/pickup parts etc and the impreza was still being built 2012. Had an absolute weapon under the bonnet!

Yeah thats definitely cool :) One of the best ute conversions I have seen. Although the rear part of the cab looks just a bit too big/long - but I guess thats the shortest they could get it by using the rear section of a sedan.

Maybe thats what I should have done instead of trying to get WRX gear into my Brumby
That might be my next project with my RS wagon if I ever finish the Brumby.

Or maybe my Mitsubishi Legnum wagon like this :

Love that opening rear window idea, maybe not that high but it's pretty sweet!
