FROGs bits customer satisfaction survey

Post by steptoe » Thu Nov 28, 2013 5:28 pm

FROGs bits customer satisfaction survey.

Been thinking FROG should have a customer service satisfaction survey rating just like ebay has. May need some help building it up as forgot how ebay looks.

Dispatch response :)
description accuracy :)
communications :) :)
postage costs :) :)

then, maybe a warning such as past performances may not reflect future service :p

There is a flaw in it all already - someone has restricted the use of images, and that includes smilies - to just eight !

"FIVE STARS all the way"

Given it's Subaru, it should be SIX stars.

Another happy customer here.

Yeah, good suggestion Dean - gives the FROG some "room for improvement" :D

I guess we can ditch the ebay style of category due to Vbulletin limitations put on us.And if we make people use the emoticons , sounds like hard work for the reviewer

Just playing with this idea ..

******

He;s earned his sixth star rating with me today coz he supplied a tracking number ,which would normally suggest it has been sent - WOOHOO !!

I think he gets only 1 star for his prices on CV shafts :p only kidding, I know it's not your fault.

But good work Andy and I give you 5 stars plus an extra 10 for the key ring :) I still treasure that on the 22B key

I thought I was the only special customer getting one of those keyrings - looks like everyone gets one. Stocktake must be a nightmare :p

Think Andy is losing his touch - used to do things with such Grace :D , now it's just chuck it in foam, box 'er up, brown tape and off it goes

Yep, 6 star service rating from me!

And I'm very happy with that! Will be looking at replacing the rear shafts before too long, see if new drive shafts gets rid of the clunking at gear changes I have at the moment with a badly worn rear shaft...

Seems the special customers are kept in the dark about "one of those keyrings" :P

Looking forward to many more years of parts service from FROG!

6 stars and two thumbs up.

Cheers

No worries, if you find an XT6 rear end or another set of scorpion rims lying around you can send them instead of the key ring ;) One or the other of course, not both - I don't ask for THAT much!

I'm still very happy with the service mate, key ring or not ;)

Regards
