Nice fish Mullaway or mackerel?

Guy this is the only other manual I could find, this one is 170 meg or so and according to the index has the 402 motor in it.

https://www.rapidshare.com/files/217679 ... -40_HP.pdf

hope it is the one because there are no others available (that I can find) :)

Not much happened, Had to replace a water pump on a mates car. Did cut part of the fiberglass transom in preparation for the new Alu transom. The boat builder guy i got the engine from thats gonna help me weld it up said that the water line should be at the yellow line.

Here is what i did last minute before sunset 2day, F*&K got fiberglass powder everywhere, Good thing i had a cloth suit thing ski mask and breather mask:)

The progress so far....

I'll hopefully get a lot more done tomorrow, need to buy some grinding disks, stainless bolts, nuts washers etc. I also need to cut and bolt as much as i can to the boat, Then one weekend i'll bring it all to his place so everything can be welded up:)

Apart from the transom i need/want to organise some stuff
-Try and get the seadoo fuel, rev and speed gauges to work
-Add a second spare tank in the hull and secure it
-Find a spot and add a battery
-Install a bilge pump
-Also thinking of adding a little 12v air comp that can be useful to pump up the tube if needed.
-Figure out how to re-wire the safety kill switch (Very very important)
-Maybe add a radio and speakers:)

It takes 24-36hrs to dry so won't be much help. I'll hold on a roll of duck tape just in case:p

Is 'duck tape' that new stuff that only comes in a fluffy yellow finish? Apparently it is really nice BBQ'd with rice...

Sorry guy, couldn't resist.
