The Subaru 4wd Club of Queensland is running a Promotional trip to the Monsildale area.
This is the start of the club's 6 month free membership promotion.
Come to one of the best scenic places to do some easy 4wding. The trip will go through Woodford, Belthorpe National Park, Monsildale and Lindville.
With lots of dirt roads and tracks (some private) 9 shallow creek crossings in all. If time permits head to Mt Stanley near the source of Brisbane river.
Everybody is welcome with any make of 4wd or Awd.
Standard Outback and Foresters will have enough clearance. Please ring if your not sure if your car will be ok for the run.
Bring your lunch as there are no shops along the way.
The route could change dew to damage to roads and tracks.
It will be a full day expect to get home after dark approximately 200km from meeting point.

Hi Jan, I'm a newbie and a non-member but keen to tag along. Is the club meeting for this month (Monday 23rd) going ahead? I noticed the April meeting was cancelled.

The club meeting for this month is definately going ahead, last month was cancelled as most of our members were away..

99% sure i will be at this one!!

We did a recce today for the trip
All is good the forest roads are open i was a bit concerned on the flood damage.
There is some muddy bits but not rough, We will be going on a slightly different way this time it is going to be a lot better.
Don't expect to come home with a clean car
With more water splashes good roads it will be a great run i can't what
If you haven't been on this run before you will have a great time
