It was good having something that not many people had it went so well off-road
Towards the end (I sold the car to a club members son) i had a shimmed vlsd i saw a post about shimming vlsd so we got a guy to put a few shimmes in to make it a but tighter.
Which sort of locked the diff slightly. The down side was it was binding you could feel it on full lock

I like the idea of putting extra shims in the VLSD. We do this to the centre diffs but never thought of doing the rear diffs.
The new owner is one lucky person. Is there another build in yarney shed?

All ready driving it It started out as a GT Forester auto repairable right off
I haven't got a lot of footage yet but it's the best thing i have done going to auto:D It's so much easier on the car doing the rough stuff Got the usual bits nothing exciting
