Now all there is to get is get the rego $$$ and it will be on the road. That is going to be about 3 to 4 weeks .

This was only a rebuild. not a custom build up.

This build up was to replace a brumby. The brumby was our 3rd build up . It was done by ross and myself except for the rear bumper. Steve built it before he decided to join us.

The color at the bottom is a charcoal which has a blue tint to it .

The brumby got loose on a dirt corner. Driver only had licence for few weeks . It slide accross the road and hit the drain and flipped over.

Someone asked for the customized list on the car. I am sorry to say , there is no customizing on this one.

The car is not stock though. I thought i would list the things that are not stock.

The rear bumper is steal ( well it is custom ya could say )
The tyre swinger ( ditto on this also )
Electric release tailgate and swinger,
Tinted windows
electric windows
central locking
alarm system
stereo
Uhf
nolathene bushed through out,
84 swaybar ( we have found that the 84 & the brumby have a thicker bar,
Two inch exhaust ,
Bonnet scoop ( to be channeled to the air box for cooler air intake )

That is the list to this point.

IF any one happens to have a leone sedan or a 82/83 wagon sitting in the backyard that they would like to sell and see it done like the rest , let me know.
Looking towards our next project. A wagon for my daughter who just had a baby girl ( which makes me a GRANDDAD ) She doesnt have a car at all

And a sedan for my misses

Well she went for the roadworthy today.

Not a problem. Nothing was found that needed fixing. So far , not a blemish to our record.

As this project is all but finished other than the shouting as the saying goes. Just have to pay the rego and she is on the road. Which is in about a week , give or take a day or so.
In between projects , we are putting down a new floor in the shed. Fresh , flat concrete.

Once that is done, IT will be time to start a new project. There is one all ready in the pipe line. With in the next 7 days we will be picking up another M.Y. to fully rebuild.

Which means , time for new thread. It will be project updated as each thing happens. I will post the name of the new project thread for anyone who will be interested in following its progress.
