Yes the bar was on it when i got it. It a gen 3 bar made to suit a gen 2 , i believe .

Looks great mate, it's amazing how those wheels look better on the cars they weren't designed to go on, or maybe it's just the dark blue:-D

Great job on the paint. Agreed with the comments on the wheels - these are my favorite OEM Subaru wheel. I was so heartbroken having to take mine off my Legacy (didn't clear the 4pot calipers I upgraded to).
