We currently have one Forester - 2006 XS DR MT / MY06 - mine.

We get the second one this Thursday - 2009 XS auto / MY10 - for SWMBO.

Best regards to all, RB

G'day again mate

Every time I try to upload an avatar here, the flaming board logs me out ...

Sometimes it just logs me out for the hell of it ...

Must have me classed as a "Miserable User", or something ... :(

One thing's for certain, if it doesn't stop happening very, VERY soon, I won't be coming back here again ...

I shot off a message to the admins, AND changed the default board style sheet from Chrom3 (ugly as a 1966 Mazda ... ) to vBulletin Defualt, and it seems to be working.

i use VBstyle the only way it will work for me. do you have to become a subscribed member maybe? if so its only $2 from memory and is a lifetime member not per year so might be worth considering

Yes it is in my book too!

Welcome to "the otherside" ratbag! I'm sure you'll explore the forum and maybe learn a thing or two from the older subi's and what gets done with them :p

Catch you around, and hope to catch you on a trip sometime when we happen to make it to the same event!

Cheers

Of course! ;)

Why else would I have coughed up for membership here just so that I could reply to your welcome post?

Thanks, mate ... :D

How often does this happen Ratbag? The forum will automatically log you off in 10 minutes, unlike ORS that will keep you logged in for up to two hours without any activity!

refreshing the page sometimes helps with "resetting" the timer.

Refreshing the page usually logs me out when using Opera ...

Just lost all my post to vBulletin's "black hole of death" ... grrr!!

With Opera, the text of the post is automatically saved, which is why I prefer to use Opera for these boards.

IE8 and Firefox keep me permanently logged in at both sites, as does the browser in my Blackberry phone.

Opera automatically logs me out here, but not at ORS ...

I have lost the post 10 times now ...

Now trying to post using Opera instead of IE8?????????????

I don't know of this "Opera" program you're talking about.

Safari and explorer does me well on both forums. Sorry I can't help you out any more than that!
