IPOD to AUX

Hi there.
I bought an Alpine CDE-101 Head Unit, which has a rear direct ipod control cable, but this model doesn't have an Aux input, only a front USB input.
There is a cable to buy instead of the iPod cable that has a 3.5mm Jack.
Therefore, instead of having either the iPod cable installed, or the AUX cable installed, is there an adapter from the iPod cable to a AUX 3.5mm?
Confusing, but essentially i want a:
Female iPod Connection to a 3.5mm Male connection.
Is this possible/ Where do i get one?
