Consider posting a bit here with who, what, where and why, and what your involvement is with this Pickstock mob, so we can all see what you're on about. Maybe with a full stop or two as well.

Me like your thinkings.

Ok pickstock racing is run by Alan Pickstock. (my father)
It is a small engineering firm capable of using a multitude of materials.
Specialising in racing performance we have developed various items for all forms of motorsport, road cars, planes, boats, defence.

EVD is a specialist company now owned by Tim Bourke. In the prime of electronic vehicle development, the 80s, Tim and the previous owner developed a number of ideas. Currently the mainstay of the buisness are the repairs and building of battery chargers, but they have also been involved in the solar challenge, various alternative energy and lastly the development of an electirc subaru.

If you beleive we could help fix some of your problems in any way then send me a pm and i will pass on contact details, as a forum it is deemed unreliable to post contact details in a common post.

Sorry Spike.. Call me dumb or stupid but I'm still none the wiser

I have tried to search for a website but haven't found anything? Does your Dad advertise anywhere?

Sorry guys.
Thats what im here for a bit of advertising, we currently do not have a website, we live in an area that can only get satelite internet and he doesnt want to organise it, hes from the generation where he cant use the internet hence why im doing all this.

EVD does not have a website, however we will be starting one soon hopefully.

Both of these buisnesses are locating in the northeren suburbs of adelaide but shipping almost worldwide is available.

Mate, why did you raise attention to 'Lseries and EA82 owners', do you have a range of parts for them or something? Or is it just a matter of me saying
"Can you make me a set of CNC machined 4 port Heads for my EA82 from a Billet"
then you replying
'Yep, no probs, we're trying to get our name out there so, here you go, have them for the cost of the billets!'
Sorry, just don't understand what it is that your company does...

truth is yes we probably could do.
were currently making fuel injection for a datsun 1200 from scratch.
but the problem comes down to cost, the time involved in designing it all is the big hitter.
Pickstoock Racing does not have CNC gear just standard lathe and mill, arc, mig and tig welding.
We did have a small product range for the l series such as replacment tenioners, original equipment was 120$ when they were developed and our product removed the need to replace the full tensioner and just a 10$ bearing. We still have this producct however we belive cheaper tensioners are being produced.

I should have aimed this at everyone as we can do everything.
