Can anyone tell me what the standard height for the rear of my brumby should be? It's up really high which in turn is making the front lower. I'm sure I've seen it on here before just can't find it again.

i tried to make mine sit level at one stage at standard height. trouble was it sat on the bumpstops and the ride was terrible. had to raise it again in the rear and got that nose down thing happening. halfway through lifting it now so i intend to try to make it level again...

To level it out people usually fitted a 3 inch lift to the front and a 2 inch kit to the rear...

there is that adjuster on the nose/beak of the rear swing arm bar in the centre. The bolt is on top as if you should be able to access it from the tray, but you can't - well I couldn't anyway

I know how to adjust it, i just don't know what to adjust it to. From the base of the torsion bar it is like 11 4/7". I have a Haynes but it is American and doesn't list much about the brumby ride heights.

G'day ChPLAT
i dont know if you found the heights but gregory's Manual states
"Standard Ground clearance -Front 250-280 mm & Rear 345-365 mm"

measure points are;
Front- "front of the suspension control arm pivot bolt"
Rear - "lowest point at each end of the the rear suspension tube " ie the lowest part of the guard.

cheers:)
