Forester struts on Lib?

Post by nicklib » Sun May 27, 2007 4:43 pm

Gday all

im just wondering if you can fit forester struts on a 2nd Gen Lib instead of outback struts. Im about to fit a lift kit and wasnt sure if the 2nd Gen outback struts were my only option...

thanks

Couldnt comment as to wether or not the Forrester struts will fit but your best option would be the outback ones anyway.

Ah, so even if they do fit, the outback struts have more travel? Im finding it hard to locate some good second hand outback struts and the Forester struts seem more available.

Yes they will fit, but i think Outback ones are longer (somehow its in my back of my mind - go to car yards with tape measure and measure it!)
