'89 Brumby Front ride height adjustment

Post by T.Farm.Brumby » Thu Jan 05, 2012 4:50 pm

Me again,
I'm looking to increase the ride height on my Brumby now that the CV boots have been replaced, but only using the adjustment bolts around the suspension.
The owner manual give instructions but they are very vague and the diagrams are completely useless.
I have already lifted the back using the single adjustment bolt, but I can't find the two on the front, or figure out how to lift them. I figure it is only tightening the torsion on it, but I just can't find the bolts!
Any tips or help or pictures of the bolts or components would be very much appreciated.
Cheers

they should be under the strut hats.

They are attached to the struts, so if the struts have been replaced over the years they wont be there anymore.

you literally just tighten them up or loosen them to adjust it. Sometimes they cease up, so if you do have the adjustable struts spray them eith wd40 and let soak for afew hours before attempting.
