hi guys

i have a 92 brumby standard everything ATM.

I had problems using a lot of fuel - solved i think i put a carbie kit though found the boot on the pump assy had split in two places... that explains using 15l/100 while puttin around town!!! not good @$1.69 Lt

unfortunately while either taking apart or putting back together the fuel/air mixture needle striped the thread....... bugger.

nothing in my town to tap n' die such a fine thread pattern.

The solutions i have ATM are
1. to send the whole thing somewhere for a total overhaul. probably cost more than $400. incl postage ....... too expensive
2. find a throttle body or carbie that matches the bolt pattern at the manifold, that hopefully 1 of you guys may be willin to part with for a reasonable $$
(enclosed diagram of throttle body)

I've got an L-series carby you can have for the postage cost.
Was working when engine removed but it's been sitting for a year.
Let me know....
