Hi guys

Sorry if I don't have the exact generation no etc. My Libby has stopped holding voltage unless I rev above 2000rpm. Pretty sure it is the internal voltage regulator so I think I need to replace the alternator.

They are $280 new, and most wreckers don't stock them anymore because car is so old.

Does anyone have one lying around?

Is yours the 3 or 4 pin round plug alternator?

Where abouts in WA are you?

Hey mate - confirming my round plug is 3 pin (well three wire) although there is actually a 4th pin on the alternator itself, which is apparently unused.
