Anyway let me know today if you want this stuff, it's the last day I'm working on the car, going to the purley gates next week.
I have crossmember, arms, swaybar.
Step tie has the hubs, etc...

Hi, sorry about the delay. I just got back from holiday so still sorting out the mess of unpacking.
I'm building a trailer and don't need brakes. To save weight I want the hubs from disc brakes instead of drums. Any idea if the hubs can fit straight on to a normal 4WD drum brake rear end? Might save money posting all other large parts. Not looking to spend a whole lot on it as I know these parts aren't very useful to most people and I've seen a few 2WD Vortex's show up in the U Pull It yards around here...
Thanks,

We are thinking they are worth heaps - obviously we are on a different level

The first GLTA I bought came with drums to replace snaffled disc brake rear, but that was 4WD stuff, so reckoning 2WD drum rear will fit 2WD disc raer hub spindle

I understand why the 4 rear discs are worth a bit when sold with the hubs but I didn't think anyone wanted the 2WD ones as they won't work on 4WD models.

must still be enough FWD MY and L sedans getting about that could do with rear disc conversion. Latest market rates for FWD rear discs seems to be a smidge over $400

Oh... well if that's the case I suppose I'll use different suspension... That's crazy expensive for what it is.
Thanks for the help anywho!
