Hey guys, I'm planning to do a brake upgrade on my liberty in the somewhat near future and as I'm still rocking the 15s I thought I had better start looking for some bigger wheels. I don't really like the ole bob jane bargain basement dish pans and wanted to keep it subaru. I like the look of the GC8 (or v5 sti???) 16" rims and was wondering if anyone had a set they could part with? (or at least a lead to someone who might). Have attached a (stolen) pic.
Thanks

Thanks guys, would prefer something close to perth or bunno. Would definitely like to see them upfront before forking out a large portion of my pitiful wages. Not too fussed about scuffs and junk, I'll be getting them powdercoated, just as long as kerb rash is at a minimum. Thanks AP, will sign up and check out whats on offer.

Ask on
http://www.perth-wrx.com they should go for about $200 - $250, if you are going for 4 pot brakes your 15's won't fit. These are really good quality light rims so don't go for cheap aftermarket crap or you'll be adding 5kg per corner.
The lightest are the 6 spoke MY2000 rims the ones you like were 97 - 99 WRX

Champion, thanks Toonga.
Thanks for the info d_generate. I do love my 15s, but as you said the 4 pots won't clear. I have a set of the old outback 5 spokers on it atm, they're looking a little sad. The clear coat is... well... not so clear. Love the simple look of these 16" fivers and you can't go past the oem quality.
Thanks guys

Just remember the WRX rims are a different offset, they are 53 whereas Outback and Foz are 48 so you'll have 5mm less clearance at the strut, with some rims it's just the raised cast Subaru lettering that gets in the way which can easily be ground/filed off.
