Just a thought some of you fellow hoarders may have these bits kicking around and of no use.
They suit the old dyna drill model 342 from mid to late 70's
Really looking for 12mm and 16mm.
They'll have 63 12200 stamped on them for 63 series 12mm 200mm long, and 6316200
They have just two drive flutes on them, one full one, one short one
Ramset no longer do them or the chucks so once the old drill dies the bits are no good. Trouble seems to be the drill itself is indestructable.
Keep finding self needing 12 or 16mm holes and no one makes dyna bolts to suit 14mm holes unless chemset and 12mm bolts are needed
If you have and willing to part with them , please, drop me a PM
ta, Jonno

Well, in case any cyber search ends up in here _ I found some people tell fibs, others boolsheet.
I spied a drill bit series in a hardware joint that looked too close to not fit my old drill chuck.
Here is a plug for IRWIN Joran series of bits that are labeled "Multifit - suits all SDS drills"
Part number 10505018 is a Speedhammer Power 16mm bit with 100mm of flute + 60mm shank - it fits in and locks in, though turn it around 180 and refit, it will drop out of chuck. First place I saw them was $35.50 , second place where staff swore they'd fit my old drill chuck had the same thing? for $17.80.
Also hanging on the hooks was another brand said to fit

a dearer bit but maybe also tougher or just made in England costs associated with rather than the Irwin made in China - 450mm long in 12mm was just under $50
I'll be a happy boy when the shorter 12mm bits are in stock at a fair price.
