Want Re-conditoned Gear Box

I have a Manual Outback 2000 in Canterbury NSW. The gearbox makes an awful grinding sound. MIDAS say it must be replaced with (re-conditioned or 2nd hand). Re-conditioned is the preferred option.
Can any one advise source and price of same?
