I'm still looking for a set or part set of some heavier duty shocks/springs, does anyone have any in good nick at all?

I don't want to spend $1000 getting them new

The current suspention is really bad atm so please help (;

Alex's will work for you but aren't really what you are after because they are the 2wd model strut and will make your car slightly lower at the front than standard.
Mate, struts and springs are wearable items - its best buy brand new ones, otherwise you will just be back here looking for more secondhand ones before you know it.
