I'm using the sPFI manifold for my weber 38/38 project on my rebuild engine. larger carbie think best to use the largest manifold and with a port would give nice breathing.

So the SPFI unit is otherwise complete. shouldnt cost too much for a bare manifold to be shipped from the US.

The system has all wires tagged so is easy to fit for that reason. I highky suspect I had internal issues with my ea81 that led to the engine failing. Naught to do with the SPFI system. I used 2 litres of oil in around 50kms. I just havent got the patience to keep the system.

It was advertised on here some time ago ...

Any chance of posting a pic of the SPFI manifold next to a carb manifold so I know what I'm up for in regards to modifications?

Cheers.

The last pic is of a black bolt rHS for the temp sensor that has been plugged and a brass sensor that is my reversing alarm from a truck that sounds when my radiator coolant reaches 95 degrees C (the perils of a rear engined trike).

The SPFI manifold shown has its intake hole enlarged. from bolt to bolt (centres) 80mm and bolt centre to bolt centre direction along the manifold 70mm. hope this helps.

What is important here is sensors. They can cost a fair bit to replace. In desperation several were replaced. There are 3 throttle position sensors all good, the temp sensor was tested and is fine, the MAF was faulty and replaced. And I have a separate MAF off another car with the same part number for some experimenting if you please. The MAF part number is shared with I think a Nissan Navara (US) but isnt the same. There is a spare injector that has been swapped and works as welll as the original I had- these cost big dollars. ECU works great. Fuel pump (HP) is near new. Coil is fine and there is a spare coil mount. This mount has a spare transister on it, these can fail apparently.
