Hey everybody, long time no post.
I'm selling my old coupe, and I thought I'd post here first to see if I could end it to a good home.
The engine lost vacuum and conked out 2 years ago, and it sat for a while, and then a flash flood hit and it had water up to the door handles.
I've carted it around with me for long enough and now it has to go.
Parts include:
RS ej20t - buggered
port matched late model intake manifold, with adapters to an RS throttle body
silicone intake
VF30 turbo - I haven't pulled it off so I don't know condition.
large custom intercooler and 2.5" steel piping, hidden behind an early MY single headlight grille
3" dump pipe and exhaust.
4eat with ~20,000k's since rebuild, Taipan torque converter (~2800rpm, too low for the turbo) but was also filled with water.
twin trans coolers
modified MY radiator to suit
Adapted 2 piece L series tail shaft
4.4 rear LSD - again, water.
RX turbo rear discs, with new pads in a box.
13" coupe mags, some gutter damage.
1" lifted king springs in the front (IIRC)
Misc spares.
The body was resprayed in 2008, but some rust is coming back through again in under the windscreens, rear quarters, firewall and drivers side sill. The interior is shot, and I'd write off the loom as it was a bit of a rats nest to begin with.
It has no mod plates, but was registered and driven and has the old cross member from my brumby in it, and the chassis was cut and shut properly.
Will have to be towed from Mt. Gravatt area.
