They are hard to come by. I bought mine years ago for $450. Problem is, MY and L series stuff is getting old and a lot of the enthusiasts have moved on or they are on serious budgets. I'm surprised you haven't had an offer. Sorry I'm not looking to buy, but good luck with it!
EDIT: Oh and you probably would have more luck if you put the centre diff lock text in the title of the listing.

Yeh fair comment . The tailshaft was about $400.00 from memory so i thought with the crossmember and the gearbox mods ie; EJ cases and L Series low range it was reasonable.

Its the way of the world. When you have something you need/want/have made or use everyone else wants it. When you dont need or want it, nobody wants it.
Sooner or later someone will be after your items.

The centre diff lock isn't that hard, the 4wd Vortexes had them, its the dual range bit that's rare. If you had one of those to suit an EA82, then I'd be knocking at your door... :P

Im keen on an L awd centre diff lock box. Thats the last thing i need for the back of my custom built dual range box in the forester!

The one i am selling is a dual range with 1.59 low range. All it would need is ea82 front cases put back on it. And i am happy to keep the crossmember and tailshaft and negotiate the price

How is the low range activated?
Rod through the rear casing like the L series, or cable directly to the low range pivot on the side of the case?
I currently have a single range with centre diff lock from a Vortex in my car, but with the black RX turbo interior (which was only dual range), the centre console looks like it's missing something.

The locking centre diff casings didn't have the rods through them.

The dual range AWD locking boxes did. The single range didn't need it as there was no need.
If you've got a dual range L AWD box and no rods through the back of the box you've got one that's either been converted or had the centre diff and housing replaced with one from a single range box.
Cheers

I currently have a single range, centre diff lock box in my car. Would you be interested in doing some kind of trade for the rear casing that has the provision for the low range rod?
I'll be in Brissie this weekend & heading to Toowoomba on Sunday. Could I schedule to meet you & have a look?
