This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to purchase a DIY Subaru outback bodyshell kit.
The kit is complete and even includes the fuel tank.
A kit like this has never been prepared before, in my driveway.
From the before and after pictures you can see what you can create, with a little bit of work, ok maybe a reasonble amount of work, alright, a bloody lot of work.

Will glue work or must it be welded together?

For simplicty, supa glue may work, but for serious 4wdriving I would suggest welding.

No kitchen sink, sorry it is Subaru parts only, this also excludes Dobbin our gnome from the before photo. He is our driveway watchdog, to deter intruders.
He has a shotgun behind his back and a big stick in front.
Cant see the shotgun??, thats the trick.

Did you get a new plasma cutter for your birthday?
Any way, I am interested but would like to know how many km's the exhaust bearings have done?
I'd also be chasing the flux capacitor that powers the light cancelling, anti glare, internal boot mirror, if you still have it?
How often was the blinker fluid changed in its service history?
Seriously though, would the roof fit a 1990 Brumby? As I've always wanted an annexe over part of the tray.

Ok, to be honest, I have cut up several Subaru wagons, 1st with an oxy, second with a 9" grinder, third with a plasma cutter, this one was done with a sabre saw and is by far the quickest, easist way to do it (bit noisy, but I had ear muffs on, so it only worried the neighbours).
I bought it before my birthday, on special @ Masters.

The exhaust bearings are still ok, bear in mind it is a used car.
No, sorry the flux capacitor has been sold on eBay to someone willing to pay a stupid amount for it.
As you should be aware, this model was released with non servicable blinker fluid, OEM fluid still used.
The roof will fit anything you can adapt it to, a Brumby would be fairly simple.
As I have answered your detailed questions, Whats your offer?
