Complete Air/con set up for Brumby or any EA81

Post by Proton mouse » Sat Sep 14, 2013 7:52 pm

SOLD SOLD SOLD
G'day folks,
Up for sale is a complete A/C system to suit a Brumby, sportswagon, sedan or coupe running an EA81. It is totally complete and ready to fit. I have kept all nuts and screws, pus labelled every wire as to where it was from, plus taken about a dozen pics to be emailed to the buyer, so as to make fitment as easy as possible.
Kit includes...Compressor on its bracket, condenser, evaporator, dryer, piping/hoses, relays for engine bay, relay under dash, complete wiring loom, shorter glove box insert, plus the idle up solenoid.
Came from a working vehicle which still had gas in it and the green fluoro dye(converted to R134a) only thing I would do is clean the fins of the evaporator while it is out (they are not bad though). All pipes, compressor etc were sealed immediately with tape upon opening, so as not to absorb moisture from the atmosphere.
I am in sunnybank on the sth side of Brisbane, inspection welcome.
Reply to post, pm or call/text 0404 186 738 but not before 10am please as I do late shifts.
Price is $400 the lot. SOLD SOLD SOLD
Cheers, John.

Wow what a perfect set, don't suppose you're willing to freight it :(

If I lived anywhere near Brissy I'd have it in a second, someone will be getting a bargain.
Will it ever end!?

Mr Bullet!
I don't mind at all boxing it all up. I sent an A/c set up last year and a power steer set up a few months ago down to Vic. Cant remember the freight cost on the A/c but the P'steer was about $75. It all depends on the total weight and the boxed cubic volume.
Give me a call if you want it.
Cheers, John.

Yeah so we found out, freight isn't as much as either of us thought :) Big thanks to John for boxing it all up to send, really looking forward to that cool ride in the summer time

I like, Sam, worried about spending money last week on his crunching Brumby, this week shelling out for AC :)

Might have to drag out my AC bits and get them going. Summers are getting hotter, and now I have more power to drive the bloody thing - EA82 Y pipe !!

I guess the mouse needs to close this sale ad off then ??

Hey, I don't mind dipping into the resto fund if the parts are actually going towards the resto :) It's nicking bits off the project car and shelling out to keep the daily running I have a problem with :|
