Rex-ifying the Outback, full (mostly) standard 2.5 NA motor available with some extra bits.

Main issue is the cam seals are leaking so badly the smoke from the dripping oil 'plumed' from under the car...
Genuine seals didn't help the old girl so I'd say the cams need sleeved or replaced. Or maybe just someone who actually knows what they're doing to put them in!

210 k kms, new timing belt, actually drove quite nicely except the above issue, full exhaust, radiator, ecu and (all going well) the wrx harness with the turbo bits stripped out. Can also tidy the harness up for an MY/L conversion if required.

No flywheel/clutch, will aim to keep some spares (alt, AFM etc), but could be talked out of them.

There are also some slim pickings left on the '97 wrx shell, should you be after something.

Open to offers.

Located in Perth, Western Australia

Call/text faster, might check PMs and threads occasionally.

Cheers,
Will

Hey Will, there was someone on here that wanted one not too long ago. I think it was woody.t but can't be 100% sure.. have a look at the wanted section

It will, but the engine crossmember will need to be dropped at least an inch so you can close the bonnet :)
