buying Brumby

I am plaining on buying my 1st brumby in a couple of months, and am hoping that my budget will be about $5000. I was just wondering if I could just get sum tips on what things are pron to go wrong with them!, so I know what to look for.

Other than that they just keep on going. For that sort of budget you should get a very nice one. Just remember to search around and not buy the first one you see unless it is exceptional. Suprisingly the more you look around the more you seem to find.
I have seen one in good condition here in Mildura asking $3700 if you get up this way or not.
