On ebay; $2,500 buy it now $3,500.
Targa model, 4" lift, 14" rims, sports exhaust, driving lights, bright headlights, rust shown in pics.

But wait for it no photo of the engine but he claims....
Dual carbies! So either an aero conversion or the rare EA81s.

I was literally just looking at that! :D
I threw that guy selling the older subaru an offer but he refused it.
Ah well, I was willing to fly up and drive back!

There is a Rx turbo 4 sale on gumtree. Test drove it today. Goes well, good nic with new import ea 82T. Owner wants 6 K. Will go for less.....

I was excited until I saw them... They are only old MY Touring Wagon wheels...

Certainly not worth $6000! Was originally an automatic too, so you miss out on the black/checker interior and have the often troublesome electro-pneumatic suspension.

Top price should be around $1500...

I agree, suspension has been replaced. Engine feels fresh, only 50k on it. Aftermarket exhaust and BOV.

Saw this ad in a Mackay 'Pocket Trader' today:

Subaru EA81 twin carbies & manifold only, very rare, complete incl hoses & cables, linkages $500 ono.
