Those little old driver dents could be a bit worse than described, too, and the rust in the photos looks pretty developed. Looks like a good drivetrain with a ratty body, which is pretty much opposite of what you were after...
I'm guessing $400 should see it. If Mooney was still looking for an EA81 he might be an option to recoup some of the cost (it only has 160k on it based on the auction).
