Weipa and the fishing

I'm being transferred to Weipa next year as a teacher and have been told that the fishing up there is just unbelievable. I can't wait.
My best mate shows up the other day with a box of lures under one arm (like about 20 or more) says I'm not to come back until I've caught a fish on all of them or lost them trying.
I think he's just trying to cadge an invite for an extended stay...
Don't think the wife will be impressed...
