I myself would love to get a thumper of a whiting, a bream/whiting/flatty on a surface popper, start to get some more fish on soft plastics.
Get a kingy off the rocks, spin for some tailor, get my first legal blackfish.
And go crabbing and get a big juicy muddy!

Plenty of things i want to do so i better get cracking! lol.
whats everybody chasing this year?

There's a Brisbane Fishing Online event at Hinze dam next weekend, camp over, they supply canoes and livebait, you'll be guaranteed to get some bass there. http://www.brisbanefishing.com.au

Went out for a fish yesterday arvo down near patonga, flicked some soft plastics only got a little flatty. went today with my mate, caught a few yakkas and slimey mackerels went out off the headland..................... got nothing :(. then we picked up anchor and spotted a school of fish and seagulls, started throwing some of those metal lures and every cast hooked upto a salmon or a tailor, nothing big but it was great fight on light gear. had a little graphite rod and 6lb fireline was great! got my first ever aussie salmon i was stoked lol.
Haven't knocked anything off my list :(, but this spinning metal lures is addictive

I'm keen to get a Jack and a wild barra before I head off to Texas in April. Will probably end up heading up north to find a barra tour guide.
