needless to say im bloody excited. Just chucked the lightforces on the lib and shes all ready for a road trip.

Now its almost time to go spend an arm and a leg at the tackle shop

Have returned...and lets just say it was an EPIC fishing trip...cant wait to get down there again next weekend to do some more serious fishing!!!

Do tell more Dave..

I had 2 good friends with hail damaged cars that needed to get returned to stock before taking them in to their insurance people

and just got home now after a very long day.

Next weekend is Easter weekend and it's going to be chaos down there but I'll be ready the weekend after Easter. I've been told be work that I'm not allowed back until the foot is 100% normal

another 10 weeks at home...

no wonder we didnt hear from ya!!

lets just say it was an epic weekend of fishing

and ill never ever put a fish before my life. adrenalin + fishing off rocks with major wave washovers = disaster every time

we didnt manage to land any, the swells and rocks werent in our favour but the fish were bloody hungry.

Yes i got washed off a rock and hurt my leg very badly, its got a big lump and alot of bruising today. Also lost my good sunnies, 400 bucks worth.

but the fish are EVERYWHERE. and theyre hungry. Adrenalin central yesterday, never had such an intense session in my life!

yeah im normally very very careful. Dont know what came over me yesterday. The crowd ontop of the beach said we put on a good show ahaha.

Which rocks were you at? as I remember Cosy Corner has safety rings to tie yourself to.

we were at the rocks at Prevelly. Hitting a school about 100m out and getting absolutely annihalated every cast

round two starts tomorrow. Rebuilt my reels the other night, got a decent amount of time down there this time! Gonna stock up on my secret lures and 4Xtra strong trebles and hit them again. They wont be straitening hooks this time!

Im itching to get back into them
