And many other similar articles... This thing is a beauty! And Aussie-made, which is great!

I really hope they are able to justify the business case to make a civilian version... It would be sweet, and with Ranger-sized power plant, not ridiculous to maintain...

looks great and I'm impressed by the motor
The Hawkei 4X4 is powered by a six-cylinder, 3.2 litre turbo diesel Steyr motor, which puts out 200kW @4,000rpm and 610Nm @ 2,000rpm.
Very nice lets hope they make a few for the enthusiasts as well.

A great looking rig and IMO the right decision after our failed involvement in the US centric JLTV program. A good result for the Bendigo manufacturing facility. Don't hold your breath for a civilian version though.
