IT - email/send to function reset with gmail?
Juz wondering if , as a gmail user, I can adjust a setting somewhere deep within, so that when wanting to email a link using file > send to or email link function that my desktop will send email out via my gmail address rather than my ISP email address?
Two options
1) Setup outlook to send from gmail, plenty of info out there on how to do this.
2) Depending on what OS you are running you should be able to install a gmail notifier or similar application and make gmail your default mail client in the settings. This will also mean when you click a mailto: email link on the web it opens up a gmail window.
