Bahhh, My mate has a bugeye that he got from the hail storm auction. Its was inspected and passed. Just got a yellow sticker and nothing has been changed on the car since!!!! Load of bull!!!

Over here we call it "revenue raising". Of course its all revenue raising! Without fines, the budget would blow out...grrrrr

Thanks mate! A friend has already got me on to this - I got off last time (7yrs ago) and didn't realise that I could go again as the letter said that next time I'd have to pay.
