That is awesome! Many have tried, but few have succeeded.

That's one awesome looking mini and quite a feat!!

I'll tell you what though, there is certainly some flack from the viewers about the mini not really being a mini rather it's a frame with a totally different drive train with a mini body on top - I don't think that is the case and frankly I don't care. But there are some real dip shits out there - comments like "if this is a mini then my subaru must be a ferrari" are quite uneducated as to what can be done with a car AND retain the stock (read modified stock) drivetrain etc.

Awesome video - ruined for me from the stupid comments. People really are dumb and aren't afraid to show it :(

Cheers

There's that side of the argument (modified out of recognition side) But I think it's not really a MINI in the fact BMW have strayed so far from what the MINI was, now it's just a weird little SUV with a mini badge on it...but that's un-related... ;)

When I first saw this I couldn't figure out how they got the front to tip up to get the rotation, nifty bit of ramp engineering there :) The driver has some nerves of steel to attempt that.
Will it ever end!?
-EA81 TWIN CARB!!!!
-L series 5 speed
-Custom paint job
-2" lift
-Full custom re-wire
-L series front end

Well if you look how long it's taken him to get there, I'd say he's had heaps of it ... :)
