As a father of three I will give you the same advice I give to every other parent to be. spend the next nine months asleep, because until your children have their own children you won't be getting much sleep at all.

oh and buy shares in your prefered nappy and formula company

finally Congratulations and may you both be blessed with a beautiful healthy child

About bloody time Alex.. you grew up :p

Congrats to you both and I don't know how you could keep it a secret for so long :)

BTW.. I think an L Series would make a better family car than the Lib sedan

thanks for the kind words guys.

at this stage im in the process of selling off my patrol as it only has two seats :(

we will be trimming back the cars and keeping my lib and my girls lancer. (im in the process of fixing up everything thats slightly wrong with the lib to make her super reliable for the next few years)

my plan is, in maybe a year to get a late gen4 3.0R outback. Or maybe even a dual cab ute of some description, and keep my lib as i know she will keep kicking for ages yet.

I forgot to add ... what ever you put in their mouth beware

as surely as you must change nappies, they will fill them and fill them they do... with aromatic smells of dead whales festering in the sun on a mid-summers windless day.

Wow alex!

Congratulations!

Yeah a later model subi might be the go over an L - but I would still vote for a well built L, at least to be put away for later when they're old enough to sit in the back and enjoy the experience!

Better start looking into school enrolments...

All the best!
