secret mens business
someone on this forum is going in for a bit of ahem , prostate work. All us youngsters can joke and giggle (secretly , it is due to fear of what is to come for us in our later years) , and i suspect a few of the older know a bit more about it. One thing that shocked my dad was that they could get two hoses up the old fella, think one was about 6mm OD !! These are left there after the op to flush out the wound If I could do that emoticon with a nervous smile and sweat comin' off him i would.
I know everyone will be wishing you a speedy and successful exit of the no-holiday camp XXXXX

Thanks fellow subyites,
I knew it had to come out eheheh thanks Jonno.
Yeah amazing what they can do, but when a doctor says it will be a bit painfull in my past experience with those comments is to expect it to bring
tears to the eyes.
However what is my main concern is the anaesthetic injection into my spine which has crook nerves already, but the anaesthetist said it would be better for my lungs that way.
Eeheheh growing older is great, a new experience every day.
Multi tasking becomes easier, sneezing, farting and peeing all at the same time.
Not to mention being a senior and bragging how good you look for your age and free coffee at Macca's, act a little crazy when out in public, say politically incorrect things(stuff being politically correct) what are they going to do about it? most times nothing just give you a wide birth and mutter crazy old coot.
Bugger they other day I was walking into the local shopping centre, still had my sunnies on, so with my failing eyesight I nearly walked over this little kid.
His mother was tall, skinny and black, the kid was short skinny and black, plus the tiles on the floor are dark grey.
Before I knew it I had blurted out aloud to my self "Bugger he's so black I almost didn't see him" and just kept on walking after stepping sideways to avoid and accident ehehehe.
Yep sure is good to get up every day.
Okay you have had your laugh and tut tut for the day now get back to work.
Best regards to all

It is now scheduled for the 2nd of May

had to google TOONGS procedure ........
Hylton, good luck , can see you are signed on at the moment. Might be wise to take some cable ties or velcro straps to hold tubes in place - heard a nasty story yesterday of things coming undone due to too much wriggling after much same op - you know, just to tidy things up like your Brumby fan wiring
Gees, imagine finding a tube moves coz it gets stuck under a limb and when you wriggle - undo all the surgeons good work on a Sunday that did !!

This will definitely give you high hopes and beliefs in your Surgeons good hands. I wonder if you get a robot working on you?
