but not too sure what to think of the guy in fancy dress (as a police officer) in a mock paddy wagon (so mock it looked real) allegedly holding what looked to be a mobile phone to his head, near his ear, clearly looked like he was talking to it - all while a driving on a public roadway - how odd?'

it must be some sort of fad, because i've seen fancy dress people doing that in my town too!

if I felt i could drive and talk on the phone and felt the need i'd be popping into fancy dress shop and get same outfit - if there was any left! Same outfit driving a small bus of same theme same trick and another.....

also same outfit with window down, less than a metre from mine unaware of my scornful looks and comments directed at him and his fellow party goer (who had same outfit as well!) who could have held the phone and its conversation, other than that I was close enough to overhear and determine it was personal....

eg "Mate, she says you were awful rough last night"
"So...." " he says So...." "So...?" she says
" Tell her...."

you get the drift
