Side splitting laugh anyone?

Mechanic mate has a few customers with the odd wrong idea about things. Two are brothers and one will talk, loves his cars and is a little confused at times.Caught him out bullpooing in front of his old man one day , he hated it!

Now, he has this 4WD Hilux with a shot bearing, so shot the outer casing split circumferentially, the side seals near cooked and bubbled and he reckoned it was the tyres worn so badly due to no good wheel alignment causing the rumble.

Mate orders a new bearing for 4WD Hilux. Owner then hears the order over the phone and says his ute is only 2WD. What? Nah mate saw a diff up front, put it up on the hoist to ask him what it was if it wasn't a front diff for 4WD and these shafts?

Owners brother is telling my mate before it gets hoisted , that his brother is very smart as he reads a lot of technical stuff - don't argue with him - it's 2WD , he has had it for years.

So, Bob what are these things on your front hubs? They lock the front whatchamacallits in

This clever fellow has had a 4WD Hilux for stuff knows how many years and locked in his front hubs on dirt - and he ain't got a 4WD !!

Bloody help us if he comes back as a mechanic in his next life !
