Hi all,
Just went for a spin with the wife in her little buzzbox (Daihatsu sirion)down into the north coast of NSW. Went through Warwick,Woodenbong, Kyogle (Nice little beige brumby for sale in a car yard there) and through to Nimbin.
Well Nimbin has to be seen to be believed. It was a Monday and the main street was packed. Every weed smokin wanker for a thousand miles was there. I got asked if I wanted to buy some hooch twice on the walk up the street and then back to our car. And the smell?? the stuff was everywhere. The copper must be laying down on a bed in the back of the police station with a panadol. Anyway goodluck to em.
Then we went to Lismore, Ballina and up to Byron Bay. Byron Bay was chokkas...Walkin the streets there, I saw every set of boobs you would want. Old, Fat, stretched, tanned, burnt, small, saggy, speckled and freckled you name it. The place was just packed out . We split and came up to Brunswick heads, Pottsville, Kingscliffe, Tweed, Surfers and home. Been back about 2 hrs. Good trip but, had a swim at Brunswick head, surf was great and water temp, perfect. Oh and overnighted at Mullumbimby and had tea at the Court House hotel. But no one could tell me what Mullumbimby means???
Back to work next week. Oh, your daylight savings time there stuffed me. Everyone goes to bed while its still daylight...I woke up in the motel all through the night cos I wasn't used to going to bed so early.
Go Queensland...
